We collect only what's necessary to process your order and comply with federal firearms regulations. At checkout, we collect:

• Name, shipping address, and contact information (required for 4473 compliance and shipment tracking)
• Payment information processed directly through Stripe—we never store your full card details on our servers
• Firearm serial numbers for NFA items (required for ATF Form 3/4 documentation)

Email marketing is opt-in only—you must explicitly check the box during checkout to receive promotional communications. We don't sell, rent, or share customer data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Our site uses HTTPS encryption and TLS 1.2+ for all transactions. We retain order records for seven years to comply with ATF record-keeping requirements (27 CFR § 478.129).
