Returns Policy

Non-NFA items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Items must be:

• In original, undamaged packaging
• Unfired and unmounted (for barrels/uppers)
• Free of handling marks or tooling damage
• Complete with all included documentation and hardware

Start a return by emailing returns@c882cac1-48ee-4327-9e9c-789ad012d072.local with your order number and reason for return. We'll issue an RMA and prepaid return label within 2 business days.

Restocking fee: 15% for opened items that pass inspection but show signs of installation attempts (marred threads, witness marks from vice blocks). No fee for defective items or incorrect shipments.

NFA items and serialized firearms cannot be returned once the transfer is initiated, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects. Defective NFA items require direct coordination with the manufacturer per ATF guidelines.

Custom-ordered or special-run components are final sale—these are noted clearly in the product description.
