Terms of Sale

All orders are processed in USD. Prices reflect current manufacturing costs and may change without notice due to material availability or regulatory shifts.

By placing an order, you certify that you are legally eligible to purchase firearms/parts under 18 U.S.C. § 922 and any applicable state laws. We verify all shipments through FFL databases and may require additional documentation.

Intellectual property: All product schematics, technical guides, and regulatory summaries are proprietary to Ironclad Armory. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

Limitation of liability: We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from product use. Our warranty covers material defects and workmanship for the lifespan of the component. Legal liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

NFA items: Purchases of suppressors, SBRs, or other Title II devices are contingent on ATF approval. Denied transfers result in a full refund minus a $75 processing fee for paperwork preparation.
